Welcome to the glowiest, lightest weight luminizer. You asked for a major update on the standard illuminator: something lightweight and multi-use, with just the right amount of cool-girl glow, and sans glitter or sparkle. So we made it. This gel glows, so you glow. The universal shades show off your skin, just extra. You can wear it alone for an unfussy glow. Or under (or mixed with) foundation or tinted SPF as a primer. OR over any look for a super glowy finish. Feels like nothing. Looks like everything.
Side note - it's recyclable! When empty, recycle the glass after twisting off the plastic pump to remove the inner pouch.

Glowy Super Gel

Best in Class
Think of the best glow ever, and put it in a bottle. It’s kinda like that—well, exactly that. It all starts with our cruelty-free formula, which is a whopping 75% water. That means Glowy Super Gel works with fewer shimmer and pearl powders than other illuminators, giving you a more natural, true-to-you glow. The champagne-tinged “Starglow” shade is universal and really enhances any skin tone. 10 more superhero ingredients make up the rest, including Papaya and Vitamin C which are known to brighten skin, plus Rose Hip Seed as a conditioning moisturizer. Now in two amazing shades: bronzy "Sunglow" and champagne-tinged “Starglow” and Both are universal and really enhance any skin tone.
How to Use

To be honest, you can’t go wrong here. Try 1-2 pumps to start, and apply after any serum, oil or untinted moisturizer. Then glow your way. Mix a few drops of Glowy Super Gel into your foundation to brighten up the finish. Use Glowy Super Gel alone for an easy no-makeup moment. Prime with it under foundation* or tinted SPF. Looks amazing over makeup, too. Use it for allover glow on your face, or anywhere you bare, like chest and collarbones, shoulders and legs.

Go with [original] Starglow for a pure, super-natural glow that elevates every skin it touches. Get to know Sunglow when you want a tease of bronze: instant beach vacay for light/medium skin, instant luminous perfection for deeper skin tones.

*It’s good to note that water-based Glowy Super Gel plays well with most foundation formulas, as long as the foundation isn’t too oily. If you’re not sure, test it out on your hand.

Key Ingredients

Get to know the benefits of Glowy Super Gel.

  • Glycerin
Glycerin that's plant derived is a super powerful humectant. It protects against environmental stressors, works with the other oils and squalane in the formula to help increase the skin's natural moisture level, and it is very gentle and non-irritating for a variety of skin types.
  • Vitamin C
Vitamin C helps to brighten the skin, so this formula has a skin care effect, too!
  • Rose Hip Seed Oil
Rose hip seed is super antioxidant-rich, brightening skin and helping to moisturize at the same time.

bad ingredients
Bad Ingredients

What to watch out for in your illuminating serum.

  • Isohexadecane
Isohexadecane creates a milky, rich texture in a formula without leaving skin greasy or weighed down. However, there's a big risk it's contaminated by 1,4-dioxane, which is an environmental pollutant and can be super irritating.
  • Silicones
Even though they don't absorb into the skin, silicones can be comedogenic, making it impossible for pores to breathe, and they're also bio-accumulative, meaning once they're washed off, they build up into a silicone sludge in our waterways that isn't great for marine life.
  • Polyethylene glycols (PEGs)
PEGs can often be contaminated with ethylene oxide, which is a carcinogen and obstructs human development.
