Domestic Shipping Policy

We aim to process all orders within 3 business days of order placement. Shipping usually takes 1-2 days to the east coast, 2-4 days to the midwest, and 4-6 days to the west coast. During high volume times (like holidays or launches of new products) orders may take longer to process (3-5 business days). We send automated confirmation emails & shipping updates so that you're always informed.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

We're happy to offer you 2-Day Shipping for $14 at checkout. Please note that all orders require processing before being picked up by the carrier. We aim to process all
orders within 3 business days of order placement and 3 - 5 business days during
high volume periods such as holidays and product launches. Once your order has
completed processing and is with the carrier, the two day shipping time begins

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: SAIE ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail, for a $7.95 fee.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email hi@saiehello.com and we'll help resolve your issue!

I reached the free shipping threshold, but its still showing a charge.
The shipping line item is inclusive of shipping, duties and taxes. So if you are still seeing a charge after exceeding the threshold, it is for other tax and duties fees. 

When will my international order arrive?
Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing (3–5 business days during peak periods).
Delivery time begins after processing is complete.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
To create a better delivery experience for you, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to some of our international customers. By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is less likely to be stopped at customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.

Delivered Duty Paid is not available to all countries, however, we do still offer Delivered Duty Unpaid shipping to the countries found on this page where duties and taxes may get assessed by customs prior to receiving a package. 

For customers in the EU and UAE, prices are VAT inclusive. The total amount you pay includes applicable taxes, duties are assessed at checkout. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

How are taxes paid?
For DDP shipments, taxes (VAT/GST) are collected at checkout. In most markets, taxes are remitted to the tax authority as part of the customs clearance process. However, some markets require the seller to remit taxes on low-value goods outside of the import process. For these markets, Passport acts as the Seller of Record for importing your low-value consignments / products. Note that by placing an order, you agree to the linked terms of service: European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, and Switzerland. 

Tracking international shipments
After your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking email. You can follow the progress of your shipment through your Saie tracking page.

My international package is not moving. What do I do?
Packages may pause during customs processing or due to weather-related delays. Your tracking page will update once movement resumes.
