Saie Every Body Campaign – Terms and Conditions

Saie will donate to Sister Song, Inc. (“SisterSong”) 100% of sales proceeds of up to 300 units of its Every Body Special Edition Dew Balm (“Promotional Product”) sold from the Saie website during the Every Body Campaign, which runs from October 24, 2002 through November 7, 2022 (the “Promotional Period”).  SisterSong is a public charity registered under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code whose mission is to strengthen and amplify the collective voices of indigenous women and women of color to achieve reproductive justice by eradicating reproductive oppression and securing human rights.  SisterSong’s address and phone number are: P.O. Box 94408, Atlanta, GA 30377; (404) 756‑2680.  Sales proceeds will be calculated at the full MSRP of Promotional Products ($18.00 per unit) excluding shipping charges and returns.  The maximum amount of Saie’s donation is $5,400.00, and there is no minimum guaranteed amount.  Saie will remit to SisterSong the full amount of the donation, along with an accounting of Promotional Products sold during the Promotional Period, not later than 90 days following the end of the Promotional Period.  Use of SisterSong’s name and trademarks in connection with the Every Body Campaign and the Promotional Product does not constitute endorsement or recommendation by SisterSong of the Promotional Product or other Saie products.
